I want my money back. They just bounced me around there site. No answers and would not address my complaints. I .never got any satisfaction no matter what I asked. they just moved me from one place to another. I dont Know what happened to there service but it is really bad now. I used this service once and the advice was bland at best. I wanted some advice on a mercantile law matter relating to a car lease and what my rights were regarding repossession of the car, yet I received incorrect information with no clear legal reference. the site (www.justanswer.com › Ask a Vet › Cat Questions) asked for a deposit but said money was only paid on receipt of a satisfactory answer, and that they operated on a 'trust' basis. the next screen asked for payment in advance (as 'deposit' implies) but there is no mention of further payment after a reply is received. however several people here have reported subsequent charges without authorisation on various Just Answer sites. when i... I agreed to pay $5 for a question once I submitted it. Big mistake. I declined every charge they tried to get my agreement to. They charged my card $55 immediately. Then the person assigned to answer my question started asking for information I'd already supplied with the question. Now I've had to cancel my card because of what I've read about this bunch. I had an issue with my car and asked a question on justanswer. The advice I received was spot on and fixed my situation. The cost was very reasonable and saved me hundreds of dollars. I paid for just answer $50. Yesterday Camping World called stating we can p/u camper Saturday. I want the membership cancelled as of today June 17th and a refund . Issue resolved. MB. I followed just answers suggestion, sent a letter stating they have 5 days to respond and it worked. I realize you made this comment a long time ago, but I was recently a customer at Just Answer. I asked two legal questions during a subscription I later cancelled (for a small fee), and I have to tell you I didn't tip the two lawyers, not because I wasn't pleased by their answers, but because I literally didn't have enough money in my checking account.
