They charged my account twice and they wont pay me back my money or put it back in my account im going to furthet address this problem these people and there network are a scam i've called and called and emailed that they charged me twice. My dog has become a little more aggressive as he has gotten older and I'm concerned about taking him out on walks because he barks at people walking by and at other dogs. I've been using JustAnswer to get help with training since my dog was a puppy and they've always provided very helpful information so I came back to the site again. This company charged me for a membership, which I never bought. Not only did I never buy a membership, according to their website I am not a member. There is no mechanism available for me to cancel my non-existent membership, other than asking them to manually do it. (No joy.) Nonetheless, they have been charging me every month for a membership. I was working on my corolla and i consider myself a fairly competent mechanic but i got stuck on something right off the bat and i wasn't really finding a clear answer in the Haynes manual. Asked a question to a vet, was informed i had to pay 5, i paid with my cc. Was forwarded to a vet, she answered my question and then we disconnected. I look on my bank statement and see two separate charges 5 and 15. I look more into their policy and it says you can pick the value you want to pay for your question. I was never given that option. I thought it was $5. Info was good, would have used again but now i dont trust them. I went to check and i had a membership. Not sure how that happened either. I contacted "Just Answer" today to try and get Legal Advice about an action of fraud that I was subjected to some months ago. Their website looks completely legitimate so I wrote what happened to me and sent it to them. I was then asked to pay a £47.00 fee. Before finding that out, they made it look like the advice was going to be free, but I thought, OK, if I get good advice and assistance, I should go ahead, which I did. First, they do not tell you there is a fee for a question. I posted my question and then was notified I had to pay $22 before getting my answer. I was recently hit by a car as a pedestrian and thrown 10 feet to crash through the driver's windshield. I have had many operations and permanent injuries.
