Took $48.00 out of my credit card , DONT GET INVOLVED. I ,cant find how to get on to them to get it back or how to cancel my membership to stop getting billed for nothing. The site gives no advice and will not answer any inquires you have. The help that was supposed to be given was not and you are charged $5 .00 for your troubles. I asked what I thought was an easy question based on touted lawn mower repair expertise. Charged $5.00 fee and came back 3 days letter with an apology on not being able to answer. I signed up for a monthly membership at a very reasonable fee. I ask at least 1 question a week and have always been satisfied. The professionals will answer as many follow up questions that you have. They will also speak to you on the phone, if necessary. I had a misfortune of asking a question? what a mistake? they charge before you get a reply - Thats a first! So Before I even received a reply I contacted them and cancelled. They acknowledged this ( I have a reply acknowledging this fact) . Then I saw 2 charges one they charged already before a reply! and refund which has lost some value in conversion.
