Questionable billing practices and phishing for membership

unaware of this companies practice of roping people into membership/subscription I had to call to cancel. The auto answer picked up my caller ID and informed me the membership was already cancelled. (got a cancellation #) will wait till next month to see if they try to pull money from my account again. beware/warn your friends

NI asked a question. I was told it was 15.99 rand. I was debited that plus 599.00 rand. I want that refunded immediately I have reported you to the bank and this is fraudulent. I cannot get to speak to a Consultant to discuss and sort out.

Have bien charged 49euros for something I did not ask for, I had already paid 29 and 5 euros for the consultation and then they charged another 49euros for something unknown, need to try and get a refund of that extra money.

I found it very difficult to unsubscribe from this site and money has continued to be taken. I suggest people contact a local, Medicare funded service if needing advice or the ambulance for advice

I rang Just answer for advice after my husband had a fall. The doctor who answered was very professional but I am not happy with this paid service who have continued to take $66 from my credit card

Used this service to get a quick answer to a Nissan throttle body question. Agreed to the charge for service tech but not a monthly membership. A few weeks later noticed I was being charged $39 monthly for a membership I never agreed to. Upon using their site to get answers you get caught in a loop of no answers, very difficult to speak with a person!
