JustAnswer - No Clear Charging Practices
When asking for what there packages cost and included, I explained the phone website lists no packages listed. This went back and forth with no solidity of answers for 20 minutes for their online chat.
Then I called and selected option 3 for membership prices. Mind you option 2 is billing questions. Never a good sign when you see what happened next. I spoke to someone who said I reached justanswer so it is someone the answer questions, not someone who is an expert about their membership packages.
After dialogue, she finally admitted they have 3 price point packages and when I asked what they included I was told to go look it up online. I explained It does not appear on my phone and i asked her so you are telling me to go look it up on a computer. She said yes.
So there it is from justanswer themselves, I just google what does not appear on their site. Enjoy the pics of our conversation...before I decided to call them and hear 10 people in the background....and looks for experts who can answer billing questions.
Problem being, you give full approval for them to charge your card for whatever they say with no written contract on cost, commitment , or anything.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
JustAnswer Pros: Idea is good.
JustAnswer Cons: Poor customer service, No pricing confirmation available, Scammy, Deceptive website, Misleading.

I'm having the same problem. I can't find anywhere to cancel my membership. I'm really getting very frustrated.
I just got offered a first special price of $5.00 to have a expert help me connect to my new laptop as having problems. But typical me, if it sounds to good to be true it usually is.
So then up pops the form for payment, AHHHH nooooo, Im not giving out one lousy dollar. These 'specials' from websites where you have to give out bank or card details are always iffy, misleading etc in my book. Found this site so I could see what others thought and its not good in my books either.

I thought I was paying 5.00 fore an answer but I just found out that they charged my card a 60.00 charge which I am trying to get a refund.I was told that a supervison would call me back.My next move to notify the Better Busness People
