This is false advertising!!! R600 was taken from my account and not the R15.

I reviewed your account and found that the offer you accepted when you posted your question was for $5 + $35. The $5 is for a sign up fee. The $35 is payment for 30 days of asking questions on the site in any category, where renewal of the membership can be cancelled at any time. JustAnswer is mainly a subscription service, but customers who prefer to be on a pay-per-question basis can cancel the membership and pay as they go, on an individual question basis. how can i get a refund for canceled membrship?

I had a problem with my skype account, and was looking for skype help on line, I came cross your site. I thought its for skype as it was shows some thing like that.

I found the problem can be sorted out by just 1 USD, then i found my self paying 46 USD,.so i have cancelled my membership same time and asked for a refund. I got a confirmation email for the cancelation, but nothing about the refund..

I broken my screen on my umx phone so I put the sim card in another I wasn't using but it won't let me use the phone to recover All my previous phone information such as numbers texts and photos I wanted to keep without having to erase all with rebooting the phone

Inquiry about money getting taken from my card

I got told that to speak to consultant R15 would be take out if my account and because I was desperate to get hold of a consultant I agreed and when I checked my bank account a R500 was taken out if my account. This is really frustrating since this is all the money I have for this month. I would like to find out why this happened and get my money back please.

According to JustAnswer cancellation policy you should:
  • log into your account,
  • go to My Account,
  • select the Cancel membership.

According to the JustAnswer Help page, you can cancel your trial by selecting the Cancel membership button on the Membership panel in My Account. You may also call JustAnswer’s Customer Service at 1 (88*) 862-9212 and speak to a representative who will cancel your membership for you.

How do I get my refund of $66?

I unsubscribed over a week ago and here we are, you’ve stolen from my account. Please refund my money.

It was way to hard to try and answer the guys questions due to the time differences Australia - America, plus nothing was resolved. I paid a tech here $120 and all fixed.
