Consumers are not made aware that this is a rolling subscription service and not a one off payment, it’s a bit scammy in my opinion
I asked one question about repairing a microwave oven that turned out to be useless, as parts for the oven aren't manufactured anymore, so I had to buy a new one. I've been paying a monthly subscription unknowingly since my initial call, only just cancelled, but I won't be getting any refunds after speaking with a robot - pissed!

I cancelled my membership back in April/26. The membership cancellation fee was taken out of my bank account in April/26.
The MY-LEGAL EXPERT fee of $70.00 was taken out of my bank account again on May/26.
What is going on .You people are ripping me off. Explain what the *** is going on.My name is David Rosebush in Edmonton Alberta.

You keep charging my bank account, and your representative was rude. I have canceled my subscription twice, and twice you have charged my account. I would like my $130 refunded from the last 2 months.

I was shown a price of $5.00 / 45.00 was pulled from my bank account
When I was connected, fees showed 5.00 / my bank showed 45.00. Was not told if this is a revolving fee; they should confirm the total amount and ask the customer if they want to close the account if it's a revolving one, for monthly cost.

DISGUSTING AND I THINK EXTREMELY ILLEGAL. I WAS CHARGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT, THEY HAVE MY NAME ADDRESS CREDIT CARD NUMBER WITH CODE AND I NEVER PROVIDED AND OF THAT INFORMATION TO THEM.
STILL UNRESOLVED. I AM UNABLE TO SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON.
I DID MANAGE TO GET MY SUBSCRIPTION ; WHICH I NEVER WANTED NOR ASK FOR.
HOWEVER, I WANT THE $65.00 CHANRGE TO MY CREDIT CARD RESVERSED. I WILL CONTINE TO TRY AND GET TO A BREATHING BODY WHO I CCAN TALK TO.

- Was offered a choice between a script and a technician phone call; a call was recommended, but no one called and a script was sent instead.
I was asked by Google did I want a script solution or a phone call by a technician. She recommended a phone call by the technician.
I said that I wanted a phone callI could get a script off the internet. So, she said someone would call me in four minutes. No one called. Much later on I got a message saying no technician was available to call, but they sent me a script solution.
That was not what I asked for as a solution. I saw similar script on the internet.

Not really sure. I was trying to pay my Xfinity mobile bill and was switched to JustAnswer.com. I never meant to be charged for that service.

I contacted my card company, blocked the card, and tried logging into their website account. They claim they do not know my details.

Manipulative staff and doctors.
I was intentionally led to believe there was no cost, my insurance (medicaid) was accepted. They send you some type of link to get your prescription to fill it.
And I never received any link to get my medications.
And "no cost" cost me $70, overdrew my account, another $35. I used Health Express Urgent Care.

This account was supposed to be canceled way before April... $ charged. I'm still being charged $38 as of April 20th.
